Electrical Design Engineer
Job Description Position
Summary:
We are currently seeking a Controls System Engineer to be responsible for control panel design, PLC programming as well as perform on-site startup and commissioning of water and wastewater control systems.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Electrical Control Panel Design and interconnect wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Electrical Control Panel Design.
Proficient with implementation of water/wastewater applications Ability to write advanced PLC code and interface to a variety of HMI's and SCADA systems.
Assist with SCADA System design including schematics, communication systems, block diagrams, panel layouts, instrumentation interfacing.
Ability to write Operations and Maintenance Manuals based on Control Panel and PLC Control.
Willingness to work outside normal office hours for startups and site visits.
Conduct owner operators and maintenance training.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Assist in Proposals and Job Estimating.
Experience with programming of and setup of various Controllers.
Have self-motivation with focus strong focus on client satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
