Hardware/Embedded Engineer
Job Description Our clinet is a high technology defense contractor specializing in advanced intelligent imaging systems deployed by the US Military.

Looking for applicants with experience in most but not necessarily all of the following:
FPGA design VHDL / Verilog RTL design and simulation Timing closure Familiarity with Xilinx Vivado and/or Altera Quartus Board bringup
Experience:
power supply troubleshooting JTAG chain debugging (initial configuration of microcontrollers, FPGAs, etc) debug of low-level interfaces:
I2C, UART, USB, etc Microcontroller programming:
C++/C / Assembly GCC toolchain In-circuit debugging Experience in digital PCB design, both schematics and layout a plus:
High-pin-count digital devices (eg BGAs) High-speed serial interfaces (eg gigabit transceivers) High-performance RAM (eg DDR3) On-board power supplies Clock and signal integrity issues (impedance matching, etc) Mixed-signal issues (eg interfacing to ADCs / DACs) Additional Skills a Plus Experience with digital/analog video standards Advanced scripting (TCL, Python, etc.
) PCB design for manufacturing (DFM) techniques Signal/image processing experience Familiarity with Altium Designer General:
Effective written and spoken communicator Interaction with customers Must be a US citizen Powered by JazzHR wYIR84QeHv.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
