Lead Electrical Engineer

Project Duration Direct Hire Purpose of Position Leads, manages and mentors the Electrical Engineer team.
Responsibilities Directs engineering personnel in development efforts to provide a single unified approach to requirements resolution.
Responsible for program staffing, training and development.
Manages EE workloads and resource assignments.
Coordinates available electrical engineering tasking with available electrical engineering labor.
Manages lab resources, recommends the procurement of capital equipment and high cost tools.
Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction Displays technical credibility, responds to customer requests and negotiates trade-offs dealing with materials and component choices.
Ensures the technical integrity of all EE activities and adherence to schedule, budget, risk and change processes.
Provides a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in his/her field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions.
Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of components and systems, and directs/manages other to do the same.
Recommends profitable business pursuits to target and delivers positive financial results.
Prepares successful technical proposals with accurate cost estimates.
Identifies risk and implements appropriate mitigation measures.
Familiarity with a variety of the electronics industry concepts, practices, and procedures is a must.
Complicated tasking requires strong reliance on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish a variety of design, manufacturing/assembly and testing goals.
As the Lead EE , your direct reports will be members of our multidiscipline, integrated development team with projects evolving from concept to delivery averaging 6-9 months.

Required Skills 10
years of electrical engineering experience.
Five years' experience leading teams of engineers and technicians in performing work similar to that described above Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Active Government Security Clearance at Secret and investigation/ reinvestigation within 5 years required A wide degree of creativity is required and associated latitude is provided.
Having a hands-on approach to their work, appreciate access to the latest development tools, and have a desire to create unique mission enabling products.
Experience with hardware design.
Experience performing hands-on assembly of and modifications to electronics systems.
Experience analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.
Experience with the following:
Embedded systems design, processor selection, various communication protocols (especially USB, SPI, I2C and UART), analog design, sensor design, low power design, and various RF technologies.
Real time motion control / robotics Digital and Analog circuit design Power supply topologies Schematic Capture and PCB Layout using Altium or equivalent PCB bring-up and debugging, functional verification and manufacturing support Experience with Test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and DMM.
Experience creating complete technical documentation packages IPC standards and certification processes Preferred Skills Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred nTech is an equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
