The Regional Investor Center Manager creates and implements initiatives in support of Individual Investor strategies. The Regional Investor Center Manager is focused on increasing incremental sales, productivity and sales effectiveness and overseeing branch activities within the local market to create stand alone profitability. The Regional Investor Center Manager is also responsible for supporting the local Branch Managers in the creation of a proactive consultative sales environment focused on meeting the evolving customer needs. This includes supporting the local Branch Manager in the management of the sales and service delivery strategies for the local branch including a strong focus on developing the staff and overseeing branch activities as well as escalated client issues. The Regional Branch Manager is responsible for managing multiple types of branches - local, call center and expansion centers.
Responsible for creating a proactive consultative sales environment by leading a team of branch managers focused on meeting the evolving needs of the customer to incrementally grow sales in the local market; conducts regular sales meetings with staff; provides routine coaching to all staff focusing on the conversation model and sales competencies development; coaches and mentors lower level staff on consultative sales approach; may listen in on calls/conferences, review recorded calls, or lead sales team meetings to provide suggestions to improve overall sales skills; shares best practices throughout branch network; personalizes incentives and recognition of staff reinforcing the sales environment; sets and reinforces individual sales goals/ expectations based on sales/productivity targets and development plans.
Contributes to the strategic direction of the Investor Centers. Partners with marketing on new strategies and campaigns in line with Individual Investor strategic direction. Focuses on customer development, employee growth and development and compliance. Helps creates strategies for business growth, expansion plans, and enhanced services; represents the face of TRP in our local markets in the pursuit of new assets to the firm; maintain competitive insight and local market knowledge; coordinates sales activities with both external and internal clients and partners. Supports these strategies as they are implemented in the branches
Leads a team of Branch Managers. Responsible for assisting in the recruitment and performance management of staff.
Ensures that staff operations are in compliance with internal policies, as well as NASD and SEC regulations. Handles escalated complaints and good will reimbursements; reviews documents to ensure compliance and high level of quality.
Oversees regional branch budget, financial expenditures, and facility related needs.
Series 51 must be taken within 6 months of hire
Face to face client related experience and or consultative sales experience
College degree and 6 yrs related work experience, or a minimum of 10 yrs related work experience
Series 63, 7, 24
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Capable of managing multiple off site facilities as back up to the manager/sound judgment
Able to inspire and motivate geographically disbursed team members to achieve center goals
Demonstrated excellent people savvy skills
Demonstrated ability to understand a team's stated and unstated needs and respond appropriately to those needs. Uses differing questioning techniques to validate important information.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into parts and offer solutions. Demonstrates the ability to translate complex information and situations into a clear and simple message
Demonstrated strong consultative sales management expertise and acts as a trusted advisor
Demonstrated ability to rebound quickly from difficult situations/ resilient
Strong drive for results. Demonstrated ability to take the initiative in applying creative strategies to increase incremental sales. Demonstrated ability to work independently

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
