Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking Senior Project Manager for leading eHealth company in Owings Mills, MD.
Purpose and Scope
Key Areas of Responsibility
Confers with Sr. Director RD to outline work plan and to assign of project scope, goals and deliverables
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
Prepares status and/or project reports for management, client, or others and adjusts schedules or plans as required
Assemble and coordinate project staff.
Manage project timelines
Manage project resource allocation
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provide direction and support to cross-functional tools.
Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Responsible for driving the CGM culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal contacts.
Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
Candidate Profile
Education/Business Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Healthcare or equivalent, related work experience.
8 plus years' experience in software development arena with 8 plus years' experience in project management.
Ability to follow up aggressively on project details and have the ability to understand and develop the big picture.
Knowledge of MS Office projects.
Strong attention for detail.
Previous management experience preferred.
Must be able to motivate a team of diverse individuals.
Proficient in project management software.
Proven Project Management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work with multiple departments to ensure projects meet timelines.
