Who we are...

Path has been in business since 2000. We have a strong reputation for bringing our clients the best qualified technical resources for their IT needs. We are known as a provider of quality, not quantity. Rest assured your reputation will only grow when you join our team.

What we offer you...

We start by offering you a flexible compensation package. We can offer you a salary with full benefits including a Safe Harbor 401k Plan (100% vesting day one), Blue Cross health insurance, dental and vision insurance. If you prefer you can forego those benefits and we can roll up the cost savings into a higher salary - or if you prefer we can pay you hourly. The bottom line is we strive to put together a package that most appeals to you.

What we don't do...

We don't stand in your way. Many times our clients ask to hire our employees. We fully support that. The way we figure it, we end up with a happy hiring manager and a happy ex-employee. While we have employees that stay with us for many years, if you decide to join our client team directly that's fine with us.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
