Path Technologies has two data architects working with our client in Owings Mills. They have now asked us to help them find a talented data architect to be their full time employee.

The best candidates will have all or most of the following:
Clear English speaking skills and strong written skills
Very strong relational and dimensional data modeling skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong experience in operational (OLTP and ODS)
Data warehouse data architecture design (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong data analysis skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong SQL skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience) Must have
Strong data integration skills, including ETL
Experience with big data and/or BI tools would be a plus
Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Team player
Action and results oriented
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work effectively independently and in small teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent facilitation, negotiation and consensus-building skills
Solid understanding of traditional (waterfall life cycle)
Experience in Agile development cycles is a bonus
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or related discipline

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
