Position Summary
This position will report to the Lead Program Manager and will have overall responsibility for the success of the quality assurance and testing deliverables. The effort is part of a major, multi year business process reengineering initiative. There will be several QA teams working on different efforts. The QA PM will look across all efforts, prioritize and coordinate work, ensure outcomes, avoid and remedy roadblocks, etc. - reporting back to the Lead Program Manager.
Role Overview:
Primary point of contact for Technology Integration Quality planning, coordination and reporting across the program.
Responsible for establishing and ensuring program quality standards consistent with Enterprise Quality Standards for technology delivery.
Responsible for implementation planning and coordination Day T-2, T-1, Close, T+1, T+2
Oversee all automated and manual testing efforts for the program including
Functional
System Integration
User Acceptance
Performance and Load
Collect and summarize testing results from all project testing teams.
Track testing progress and quality metrics for all projects
Facilitate and resolve any issue involving testing.
Acquire a testing environment and resources for the program.
Participates in PSI level ceremonies for the Agile work streams

High-Level Description of Responsibilities
Ensuring there are no road blocks in test planning activities and, if there are, coordinate with the respective project and process stakeholders for resolution.
Ensuring appropriate test plans are in place for each project and manage against that plan to drive execution
Establish regular cadence of touch points with (QA /UAT) managers to assess progress and identify issues and roadblocks. If unable to resolve, escalate to Project and Program managers.
Providing Project, PMO and Sponsor level reporting to create common understanding on testing progress and issues with the appropriate frequency and transparency needed by each audience
Drive defect review and status meetings for critical path items and coordinate to resolution
Work with key technology contacts to identify and resolve any defects and escalate if program / project timeline will be impacted.
Ensuring that all appropriate stakeholders are following standard testing processes and procedures
Track agreed upon deliverables within each release, ensuring entry and exit criteria are met, and disposition any open defects
Supporting the OMRS and COE post implementation testing activities associated with the Program Warranty defect triage, resolution and testing protocols

Attributes and Experience
Experience driving test execution and planning under an Agile and Non-Agile methodology
Familiarity with automated testing strategies and frameworks
Load and performance testing experience
Solid understanding of SQL, database query tools and relational database design
Experience developing a test data management strategy
Proficient in Rally and test management tools such as HP ALM
Knowledge of testing frameworks and architecture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloadEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
