Title: "Contract/Temp" Executive Corporate Recruiter Location: Maryland-Owings Mills
Due to business growth, we are seeking a senior level Contract Recruiter to function as an internal Executive Recruiter for our Marketing and Sales Distribution divisions. This position partners with business line senior management and human resources business partners to provide consultative support in the areas of identifying, attracting, and hiring diverse talent in to the organization.
Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles in marketing, sales, and relationship management . Manage sourcing strategy, candidate development and execution of full life cycle recruitment.
Consult and partner with senior-level management to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with and meet key business priorities and firm-wide talent strategy. Recommend recruitment strategies and best practices based on expertise, knowledge and/or experience.
Evaluate unique recruiting sources for each search. Understand business line strategy and align recruiting strategies and programs to achieve business goals, including alignment of staffing, succession planning, and compensation.
Actively manage candidate development and experience, as well as actively participate in the interview and selection process.
Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates.
Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent.
Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices. Participate in recruiting related and additional HR projects/initiatives.
Ensure all requisition/candidate activity data is captured in the applicant/requisition management system (Taleo).
8 years of proven "hands-on" recruiting experience in a professional corporate environment with a focus on recruiting high level roles in marketing, sales and relationship management .
Demonstrated knowledge of the financial services industr y .
Experience utilizing multiple direct sourcing candidate development tools, including; social media, networking and referrals .
Strong consultative relationship building skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels within an organization. Credibility to influence at the highest levels within the division and firm.
Strong drive for results and independent initiative, must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Proven capability to proactively and urgently address business issues and escalate, as needed.
Ability to work in a fast pace, professional environment. Demonstrated client service orientation.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
Strong computer skills, web savvy, and experience with candidate databases/talent acquisition systems, Taleo preferred.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of required processes and laws for EEO compliance.
Limited travel required: local and national.
NOTE: This position will be located in our Owings Mills, Maryland location and will be a fixed term contractor role.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
