Exact Job Duties to be Performed: o Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports and analyze data for management requests.
o Deliver key metrics and statistical reporting to management for use in making business decisions.
o Identify opportunities for improvement or trending based on statistical analysis and make recommendations for improvements to MIS management.
o Create and run agent and management level scorecards.
o Compile the monthly Owings Mills incentive file.
o Provide technical information in a clear and concise manner to best ensure understanding by the target audience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: -
Required Qualifications Only: o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Experience developing reports from a large database using query tools or query language
o 3
years experience in business forecasting, trends, applied statistics and/or statistical reporting
o Effective verbal and written communication skills including listening skills
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
