1. 50% Assist Senior Director with the development and analytical review of the annual Strategic Business Unit (SBU) administrative expense budget and various forecasts. Includes working with Senior Directors, VP's, cost center managers, other SBU's, Finance management, as well as various other areas and levels of the company; preparing presentations to Senior Management; monitoring monthly expenses to determine appropriateness, including expense allocation methodologies and reporting on expenses and variances from plan and forecast.
2. 30% Responsible for providing support and direction to SBU management on administrative expense issues, including the development of analytical tools, reports and communications on expense and operational goals and objectives. Helps with the management of actual SBU expenses including accruals, analyzing vendor fees, monitoring and reports on FTEs. Calculates and monitors pmpm SBU goal.
3. 20% Responsible for identifying unusual trends and potential issues, identification of root cause, recommendations for changes and/or issue resolution. Manages research and other special projects and ad-hoc requests such as productivity analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years' experience. skills.
Abilities/Skills: The individual must have advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, problem solving, planning and financial and accounting skills, and the ability to develop and implement policies and programs that will advance corporate, financial and operational goals and objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills. The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed presentation, written and oral communication skills to effectively convey complex and detailed concepts to a diverse audience and facilitate communication between different areas of the corporation. The incumbent must possess extremely well developed organizational and prioritization skills as well as strong process orientation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
