Exact Job Duties to be Performed: This is a temporary position with a limited contract.
ISO Support Specialists provide a consistently high level of world class customer service with emphasis on commitment and accountability, and strive for excellence in support of ISO relationships.
Essential Duties include:
Act as primary contact for designated ISO Accounts providing customer assistance and support for initiation of new merchant accounts, general maintenance for existing customers. Assist in resolving day to day issues as raised by the ISO.
Maintain research items for designated ISO Accounts such as name and address changes, DDA (spell out) changes etc. Resolve all items within specified time frames as directed by Management.
Track and resolve any issues and/or concerns that are communicated by the ISO, proactively inform management of any unresolved or potentially escalated issue.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service while striving for excellence and accountability in all interactions with customers.
Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge and ability to follow all company policies and procedures, as well as internal departmental procedures to ensure consistent treatment of customers.
Ability to work in team driven environment yet be able to work independently to complete daily expectations.
Must have good organizational skills, good interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) and be detail oriented to provide the best customer service possible.
Ability to make accurate decisions quickly based on data provided and guidelines to reach one call resolution.
Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance.
Must be flexible and customer focused to meet required deadlines.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to transition quickly from one request to another.

Required Qualifications Only: Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Windows/PC experience
Preferred:
MS Office experience
Previous Bankcard Industry or merchant processing experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
