Data Modeler / Architect

Path Technologies
Last year Path Technologies started two (2) data architects with our client in Owings Mills. They have now asked us to deliver two (2) additional data architects. One DA will be a Path employee and consult with our client for an initial period of 1 year. The other DA will join our client as a full time employee.
The below descriptions apply to both positions.
Very strong relational and dimensional data modeling skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong experience in both operational (OLTP and ODS) and data warehouse data architecture design (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong data analysis skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Very strong SQL skills (at least 3-6 yrs. experience)
Strong data integration skills, including ETL ? not required for the current agile project, but desirable for future project work
Experience with big data and/or BI tools would be a plus -- not required for the current agile project, but desirable for future project work
Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Team player
Excellent communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
Action and results oriented
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work effectively independently and in small teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent facilitation, negotiation and consensus-building skills
Solid understanding of traditional (waterfall life cycle)
Experience in Agile development cycles is a bonus
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or related discipline
