Responsibilities:
Assist with resident relations
Showing apartments to prospective clients
Successfully answer all customer inquiries
Demonstrating the ability to turn leads into customers
Maintain records for staff
Marketing outreach
Preparing leases and other documents for new residents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
2-3 plus years in leasing experience
Customer Service, Sales, and retail experience preferred
Excellent communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
