Serves as part of a global production servicing organization, providing multimedia marketing and communications solutions for internal and external clients in a timely manner with the highest level of quality and brand awareness. Prepares standardized marketing communication materials utilized internally and externally of the organization. Consults and collaborates with internal partners in order to share best
and deliver optimal production solutions.
Effectively applies print production, graphic design industry knowledge and experience to work independently on more standardized print and multimedia projects, maintaining brand standards, pre-press and digital media by utilizing a variety of software products. Provides task
and quality review for assigned projects and workflows. Collaborates directly with investment staff to understand and visually represent product financials.
Consults with clients on projects and is able to independently meet customer quality, print and digital expectations and deadlines. Participates in internal business partner meetings/kickoffs as a Subject Matter
to provide expertise, guidance and instruction for strategy based projects. Responsible for procurement and interpretation of investment data to be used within investment staff materials and continually works with internal business partners to gain advanced knowledge of the firm's business practices.
Participates in training and/or education of new and existing customers, peers, and freelance consultants. Participates in self-development by consistently upskilling based on ever changing technology and needs of the business and industry standards.
Responsible for production and technical accuracy of Marketing Services print and digital documents and projects. Ensures quality and integrity of deliverable and adherence to regulatory and product-appropriate guidelines. Secures in-depth quality review of data and content for relevance and consistency to ensure consistent corporate branding, regulatory compliance, data and content accuracy and validation of customer requirements.
Bachelor's degree with 3 years graphic/page layout and multimedia production
Basic understanding of HTML and web design software
Desktop Publishing production experience, preferably in managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, on-demand
Knowledge of Enfocus PitStop and/or MarkzWare FlightCheck
High school diploma/equivalent and 1 year related work experience, or
Associate degree, or
College degree
Comprehensive skillset and knowledge in: the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Tools
Ability to electronically prepress a print document with experience using pre-flighting software such as FlightCheck and PitStop Pro (for PDFs)
Knowledge of and proficiency in both Mac and PC software and operating
in a networked environment
Demonstrates working knowledge of page layout formats, master pages, style sheets, 4 color and Digital print production and prepress skills, and graphics formats, including; TIF, EPS, JPEG, GIF, b/w and 4/c printing
Ability to independently make decisions and problem solve when preparing files for output and document production
Has participated in ongoing enhancement of core products and processes
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology or processes quickly
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work within deadline oriented environment - able to juggle multiple project and deadlines while being mindful of the collective demands of the team
Calm under pressure of stringent deadlines and unpredictable work volumes
Proven ability to effectively and comfortably communicate, collaborate and negotiate with various levels of the organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
