Primary Duties:
Answering incoming telephone calls for 16 lines through a computer based program, then either soft transferring the Customer to the appropriate personnel or entering a message into our messaging system.
Enter data into messaging system with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Must be excellent with spelling unusual names or words and taking down correct names and phone numbers.
Required Skills/Must Haves:
? Exceptional phone voice, cheerful, professional, empathetic ? Excellent work ethic, punctuality and attendance ? Must have your own daily reliable transportation ? Excellent active listening skills on the phone ? Professional telephone etiquette and excellent spelling skills ? Able to quickly write down all caller information accurately with phones numbers, occasional unusual words or names and transcribe that into a messaging system? ? Computer Literacy, comprehension and pick up programs quickly ? Ability to stay calm under pressureand not take things personally ? Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and situations ? Ability to work efficiently and independently ? Must be able to work well with others in a fast paced, high volume Customer Care Department atmosphere Job Types:
