We work with some of the best public and private schools in the Baltimore area as well as many wonderful preschools, daycare centers, sports leagues, and dance studios.
We are looking to fill the role of Production Team Member within our organization.
This role requires someone with a detail-oriented mind that is able to learn new programs quickly and is eager to help in the day-to-day production of the services we provide.
Job Responsibilities - Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry - Accurately input data into computer database - Run Reports through Excel and modify/analyze data - Work closely with the Production Manager and Assistant to ensure production remains on schedule General Job Requirements - Effective communication skills - Detail oriented - Good sense of time management to ensure that all work assigned is completed in a timely manner Computer Requirements - Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel) - Knowledge/Experience in Portrait Photography (Optional) - Knowledge/Experience in ImageQuix platform (Optional) - Knowledge/Experience in Adobe Programs i.
