9K a year FRESH Bakery is currently seeking an individual with leadership communication and interpersonal skills to maximize sales and to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities include ensuring front of house operations run effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with departments to maintain product inventory and quality, adapting to daily needs and optimizing sales.
Manage workers across shifts, delegate tasks, ensure the highest cleanliness standards.
Operations Sets weekly sales productivity targets, delivery plan, and team schedule, and modifies bakery coverage based on company trends.
Adjusts inventory par levels depending on production demand and sales estimate, checks stock levels, executes weekly supply orders, and inventories monthly.
Ensures product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising requirements are met and that all bakery activities follow food and health safety policies.
Fulfills phone, web, and email special orders for guests, corporate accounts, and large, complex orders and delivery.
Having all catering/special event setups ready and help with onsite setup as needed.
Team To create a healthy work atmosphere, the team prioritizes customer experience, engagement, and coordination of front-of-house operations.
Communicates FOH staff performance expectations and provides training to help team members succeed.
Continuously coaches and follows up to improve team and manage performance; gives constructive comments and addresses performance issues quickly.
Assigns particular responsibilities to other managers to support bakery team and operation leadership.
Maintains intimate knowledge of all bakery functions and regularly performs business-related tasks, including deliveries.

Takes full responsibility for situations under direct control.
Acts quickly, makes good decisions, and seeks input.
