(SCI) SCI supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, the elderly, and other populations using Maryland Department of Health's Targeted Case Management and Supports Planning work models as well as a concierge level geriatric care management and care partner model.

Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Supports Planning Services Program to facilitate the efficient operation of the program.
Administrative support is provided in the Frederick or Owings Mills office from 8:
30am-5:
00pm Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties:
Manage the SPS 888# calls and voice mails by returning calls, providing program information and making SCI SPA assignments in the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) LTSS database.
Triage applicant/participant assignments in the MDH LTSS database and complete corresponding reports.
Compile program data using the MDH LTSS database and the SCI database into program reports as assigned.
Manage supply and assignment of One Time Password (OTP) devices.
Provide Administrative support to team members through assigned duties such as, but not limited to:
monitoring and process work sent to the Work To Be Done email box, process faxes as needed of mobile workers, process crucial documentation for the people we support, assist with maintenance of electronic files for the people we support.
Other administrative support duties as assigned.
Provide back-up Reception duties to Frederick AA such as, but not limited to; answer phones while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor, retrieve and distribute all messages from voicemail box, receive and direct visitors and those receiving our services process location mail both incoming and outgoing, scheduling of location conference rooms, office supply inventory, location facility maintenance calls, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and coordinate maintenance of agency office equipment.
Organize and maintain office file cabinets and/or storage locker until all paper files can be scanned to electronic files.
Change office voicemails for holidays and inclement weather.
Participate in meetings and training sessions that offer learning opportunities that promote and enhance skills and professional development.
Assist with DDA Scanning/Purging Project as time permits.
Perform all duties described, and others as required, using the foundation of agency philosophy and values.
Assist with training of new Administrative Assistants and Receptionists as needed.
