Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-drama environment.
The work includes scheduling service appointments, communicating with field technicians, explaining our services to prospective customers, and starting them on service.
Customer Service Representatives typically start at $17 per hour.
The work schedule is 40
hours per week (you are eligible for overtime!) - Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:
30 PM or 9:
00 AM to 5:
30 PM, with occasional Sundays during our busy season.
No Saturdays ever! Required
Qualifications:
Drug test and background check Learning and using new technologies Telephone-based customer service experience Sales and retail experience is a plus Pest control industry experience is a plus but not required We have excellent benefits!
