The Client Services Representative (CSR) assists sales representatives and clients to facilitate smooth and timely order processing.
It is crucial that the CSR develop and maintain a good working relationship and rapport with clients and responds to clients in a timely manner.
The CSR receives a daily workflow from Sales Representatives which involves contact with external clients and interaction with internal employees.
The CSR must be able and willing to work in an environment of constant change.
This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position.
The work schedule for this position will be determined by the employee and their supervisor at the time of hire.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Portray a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with clients.
Assist sales representatives and clients as needed regarding orders and requests via email, telephone, fax, and internet inquiries in a timely manner.
Analyze client and salesperson inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; recommend price changes based on company/client relationship.
Enter proposals/orders received for pricing into CORE database software, reviewing for accuracy and ensuring complete information is provided.
Obtain payment terms, credit application, deposit, and delivery/site information from clients.
Coordinate regularly with various internal departments including obtaining installation quotes.
Communicate with vendors, factories, and freight companies to check on order status and/or troubleshoot issues.
Review orders on various reports and take appropriate actions necessary to close out orders.
Act as backup receptionist occasionally and answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner; perform clerical functions such as typing of letters, faxes, spreadsheets, etc.
when no other clerical support is available.
Required Experience &
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, sales staff, and other team members.
Ability to organize and prioritize assignments while ensuring all assignments are completed on time.
Prior experience with computer data entry and verification.
Prior experience with customer service a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.
).
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time.
Lifting up to 25 pounds.
Hourly pay rate depends on skills and expertise.
