Responsibilities:
Meets new and prospective clients and performs an initial assessment of service needs - This could be done virtual and/or in-person, depending on client's request.
Develops a Plan of Care for all new clients and updates as neededCommunicates with care managers, caregivers, office staff, clients, family members and other medical professionals about client's needs and concernsConsults with the Clinical Director regarding the supervision of servicesProvides training to the clients regarding their care, when requestedAssures proper maintenance of clinical records and documentation in compliance with State and Federal lawsPerforms client evaluations every 30, 90 or 120 days as needed by the client's Plan of CarePerforms caregiver evaluations every 30, 90 or 120 days as needed by state requirementsProvides skills evaluations for new staff during the orientation processTrains new staff and existing staffProvides Clinical Oversight
Qualifications:
RN State License - MDCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationTB vaccination and Hep B vaccinationGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diplomaClear criminal background and driving recordTwo professional references within the healthcare fieldPrior home care experience is strongly preferredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills, including a willingness to teach and mentor caregiversComfort with technology; prior experience with electronic medical records preferredAbility to drive and travel to cases as assigned Recommended Skills Cpr Clinical Works Electronic Medical Record First Aid And Preparedness Health Care Home Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
