Clear phone voice and upbeat Great disposition and attitude Team player Ability to handle multi-phone lines Ability to learn and use scheduling software Ability to follow procedures and protocols Detail oriented We are looking for someone who has prior experience with another service style company.
Candidate must be able to answer multiple phone lines, speak in a clear and upbeat voice and have control over the phone conversations.
Be able to take direction from our office manager and other division managers.
They will be responsible for answering and scheduling calls, performing follow up and happy calls as well as communicating with our other office staff and personnel.
Must be detail oriented and be able to follow procedures to a tee with little to no oversight.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
