Our operation, and the DME industry, is growing and changing, so we need somebody who is adaptable, able to lead by example, loves transparent communication, enjoys training others, and wants nothing more than for our patients to receive the highest quality of service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support - Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience -Recruit, Hire, and Train new employees on customer service procedures and company policies - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes - Attend and participate in company Quality Assurance and Compliance in-service/training programs on an ongoing basis Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Familiarity with EMR software - Technically savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office and medical billing software Job Type:
